Ammerman Hockey School

Ammerman Hockey School was founded in July 2014. Brooke and Brittany Ammerman were born and raised in Northern New Jersey. Both played boys and girls travel hockey in New Jersey until high school. They both then attended the North American Hockey Academy in Stowe, Vermont. While at NAHA, both Brooke and Brittany were selected to Team USA's U18 National Team and competed in multiple World Championships. From there, both earned full scholarships to the University of Wisconsin and continued to participate in USA Hockey's National Team Program.

Brooke and Brittany felt a need to give back to youth hockey and decided to do so through summer hockey camps for boys and girls, as well as seasonal clinics. Each summer since 2014, Brooke and Brittany have hosted an all-girls ice hockey camp, the Ammerman Hockey School, at the Ice Vault Arena in Wayne NJ to pass along their extensive hockey knowledge. New in 2018, Ammerman Hockey School will host a camp open to both boys and girls. Brooke and Brittany enjoy being role models for youth athletes both on the ice and in the community!
